This is our second experience working with Stephen. I wanted to look at the same property multiple times before making an offer in a competitive market Stephen was available to show me the house even when my request were slightly over the top.  Stephen not only booked multiple showings, he reassured me by scheduling and bringing a home inspector along to an appointment for an “informal inspection.”  Stephen had already pointed out most of the problems on a previous showing, and he knew how much they’d cost to fix and was ready to recommend someone to do the job.

When we made an offer Stephen talked me through every step, he was very aware of what would make our offer competitive, and we still felt like we were getting a good deal. I went from very hesitant about the entire home buying process to feeling confident when we made an offer.

Stephen helped my family buy our first home in 2016 and we were very happy with his service and professionalism.
